Payment and terms and conditions for the 50th anniversary of the Morgan Sports Car Club Holland on August 19th till 21st, 2022

 

 

  1. We kindly request you to transfer the full invoice amount within 14 days to bank account number (IBAN) NL76 RABO 0358 1216 20 in the name of the Morgan Sports Car Club Holland, stating the invoice number and the name of your registration.

For foreign payments: BIC: RABONL2U

  1. At the start of the event you will receive an indemnity form on location, which you must complete and sign on site.
  2. From February 18th, 2022, the following cancellation conditions apply to every registration:
  3. In case of cancellation more than 3 months before your arrival date, you must pay 25% of your reservation value (100% applies to the registration costs and any badge ordered, these costs are non-refundable)
  4. In case of cancellation more than 1 month before your arrival date, you must pay 50% of your reservation value (for the registration costs and any badge ordered, 100% applies, these costs are non-refundable)
  5. In case of cancellation within 1 month before your arrival date, you must pay 100% of your reservation value (including registration costs and any badge)
  6. In the event of late payment, the organization reserves the right to resell your hotel room to those on the waiting list for a hotel stay.
  7. Due to the fact that we have to learn to live with Corona and the Corona measures, we request that you only register your crew as a participating if you can demonstrate on location on arrival at the event that you have been fully vaccinated or recovered by means of an up-to-date date a valid QR code on your corona app or the well-known Yellow Book (the latter for the Dutch participants). In any case, you must comply with all corona rules in force at the time of the event.
  8. Photo and film recordings will be made during the lustrum happening. By registering you declare that you have no objection to the publication of visual material in which you are recognizable or not.

 

ADDITIONAL CORONA RELATED INFORMATION:

 

The chance of a new lockdown in the summer is extremely small, but we cannot completely rule out that possible situation. In that case, the event will proceed according to plan B:

  1. Overnight stays in the hotel are possible during a possible lockdown!
  2. The programmed group meetings (namely: the get-together party, barbecue, party evening and high tea) cannot/may not take place. These eating and drinking moments will be carried out in accordance with the applicable catering protocols, such as enjoying the meals in the hotel rooms with a maximum of 4 people, as applies during every lockdown so far.
  3. If the restaurant areas and/or terraces of the hotel remain open, they can still be used in accordance with the protocols in force at that time.
  4. All tour rides can be ridden as usual; the route book is ready for you.
  5. If restaurants in the region are closed, you can use a packed lunch service, on order, from your hotel.
  6. Should this situation arise and you still want to cancel your reservation, the conditions as stated under Article 3, paragraphs a, b and c above apply. We as an organization will not cancel the event, that choice lies with the entrant with the associated consequences.
